What is Yoga?
There is a great deal of information about yoga on-line and in books, so much so
it can feel somewhat daunting! Therefore, I will say what it means to me.
In a nutshell yoga means union - of mind, body and soul.
Through long-term regular practice of asana, pranayama and meditation we change, for the better. Old limiting habits, tendencies and patterns naturally come to the surface and are released, establishing a life filled with deeper meaning, peace, understanding and joy.
