We only collect personal data for legitimate business purposes.

We need your personal details if you’ve asked us to do any work for you.

We need to be able to get in touch with you to discuss your needs or requirements.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE HOLD?

We deal with clients by Zoom, phone, email and face to face.

So, as well as your name, we usually hold your email address, telephone number and postal address if you’ve asked us to send anything to you.

THIRD PARTIES

We will never sell your information to a third party.

Your details may be shared with third parties who carry out services on our behalf, for example, processing payments, hosting our websites, but we only use reputable companies who should never sell your data or use your data to contact you directly.

We may also be legally required to share your data if we are involved with any legal proceedings which include contracts with you.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

If you pay us by PayPal, credit card or bank transfer, we will not keep your bank or card details once the transaction has been successfully processed.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR DATA

We only work with reputable companies who have robust data security policies and procedures, and we take all reasonable steps to ensure you data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the UK.

STAYING IN TOUCH

At Myca Palmer, we work hard to build lasting relationships with our clients and we’re always keen to stay in touch with clients in between projects.

We will always ask you if you’re happy for us to contact you to see how things are going and let you know of any new services or special offers that could be useful to you.

And, if you ever ask us to stop contacting you – we will!
