Yoga therapy is for anyone who has concerns about their life and is willing to work on themselves to change. It is not a ‘quick fix’ but gets to the root of problems and teaches methods to take forward with you in to your life. As such it is empowering, life changing and puts you in your own driving seat.
What I offer are bespoke 1-1 sessions utilising a mix of listening, holistic counselling modalities and yoga based primarily around meditation. There is absolutely no need to have practised yoga before and it is suitable for all adult ages.
Please note each session allows a time to talk about any concerns you may have and also a time for meditation, using a mantra to help focus and clear the mind, as a basis.
Sessions are 1-2 hours duration, preferably in person but can be done via Skype.
