This meditative workshop, via zoom, focuses on drawing a sacred geometric design (Yantra) specific to you and your energies, as depicted through Soul Plan.

Your completed pencil drawn Yantra can be framed and hung on a wall to remind yourself of your deeper meaning, and/or as a yogic tool to meditate on.
It can also be re-outlined in pen for stronger definition, coloured in with crayon or painted for deeper effect in your own time.

Once you have booked I will require your birth name, as it appears on your birth certificate, via e-mail.
Before the workshop you will be given your Soul Plan chart in the form of numbers and energetic symbols. This will include your own soul message to use during the creative process.

THE MEDITATIVE WORKSHOP WILL CONSIST OF:

- an introductory explanation of Yantra and the creative process
- detailed, step-by-step, drawing of your unique Soul Plan Yantra
- encouragement to inwardly repeat your own specific soul message, like a mantra, as an aid to connect more deeply with yourself and the process
